URBAN RENOVATION PROJECT IN SÃO JOÃO DA MADEIRA

Area of Intervention: 9,5 hectares

The proposal covers the old industrial complex of Oliva, in S. João da Madeira, which is classified as an industrial space in the Municipal Master Plan (PDM) still in effect. This study sought to provide some ideas regarding the future urban reconversion of this zone, in the prospect of the revision of some spatial planning policies and the improvement of the economic, financial and social situation related to this indistrial site.
