The building is located in an area of the City of Castelo Branco which will be under a significant transformation process, including the construction of new facilities, a new Railway Station, the Transports Co-ordination Centre and new urban structures. It includes the extension, through a tunnel, of the Avenida Nuno Álvares ver the railway station, stucturing the growth of the city towards South of the railway line.
