The building will be planted in the area where the old industrial facilities of Companhia Portuguesa de Congelação were, (now demolished), with a total area of 4.068,00 m2, situated on Avenida 5 de Outubro, in Olhão.

With a convenient location, simultaneously near the centre of the city and Ria Formosa, this area of the city of Olhão is undergoing a profound transformation in natural, landscape and cultural conditions, with new buildings with a contemporary edge, recognising therefore, the fundamental interest of the project in regards to the tourism sector.

The whole architectural structure has a total of 77 apartments, with the following typologies: 65 T2 e 12 T3.
