Located in an area of around 10 hectares, which used to considered a peripheral area, however with a strong relation to the centre of the City of Portalegre, the project secured the preservation and protection of the most important elements of nature. The project proposes the construction of 128 residential buildings, of which 36 of them are apartments, 49 of them townhouses, 20 semi-detached and 23 isolated houses.
