Currently ongoing.

The area of intervention, with 112 hectares, constitutes one of the main areas of development in the City of Cidade de Torres Vedras.

In order for the effective implementation and operation of the ideas, strategies and proposals produced in the Municipal Master Plan (PDM) and the Strategic Plan of Torres Vedras, this Detailed Plan addresses the location of some facilities, such as the Regional and Exposition Park, weekly wholesales Fair, the new facilities of Sporting Clube de Torres Vedras, of the PSP and the GNR, the Municipal swimming pools and the new Town Hall, so as to fulfill the necessities imposed by the growth of the city and qualification of the urban image.
