Background:
Plan completed.
Currently undergoing a reformulation solicitated by the Municipal Council

Area of Intervention:
102 hectares, located between the A2 and Vila de Palmela.

According to the base program defined by the Council, the main proposal of this Detailed Plan is the creation of an Urban Park, that includes the following:

- Bigger and better sports facilities;
- Informal more active recreational zone;
- Production zone;
- Recreational zone for passive, contemplation and stay purposes.
