Background:
Started in 2000. Currently ongoing.

Area of intervention: approximately 26 hectares.

Taking into consideration the proximity of this area with the Dock of Recreio de Olhão (in River Formosa) and the centre of the City, this Plan integrates the creation of areas destined for:

- Accomodation/comercial/services;
- Tourism;
- Collective facilities, green areas, recreational and leisure areas;
- Parking;
- Road, visual and pedestrian axis.
