Background:
Started in 1999. Published in Diário da República on 10 of May 2006.

The area of intervention is 16 hectares and situates in the northeastern part of the city of Ponte de Sor.

This Plan intends to deliver a new space to the city, one that is properly structured and qualified seeing as this area will take on as the main Expansion Area. Therefore, through technical urban drawing, it was proposed a residential, commercial and service area.
