Plan carried out in consortium with HIDROPROJECTO, S.A.

Background:
Started in 2004.

Area of Intervention:
Approximately 50 hectares, with a dominant natural landscape. Integrates the philosophy of the program of Polis for the City of Chaves.

Taking into consideration the creation of a green public space and the urban requalification of all the surrounding area, this Plan proposes:

- Recover and requalify the marginal areas of Ribeira de Rivelas;
- Recover the existing green areas and integrate them into the urban green corridor;
- Renovate and dignify degraded urban areas;
- Create a qualified urban net;
- Provide the area of intervention with a new centre with different set of programs and competences.
