The area of intervention has around 9 hectares and correspondes to an urban area of expansion of Vila de Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo included in its urban perimeter.

This Plan falls in on an urban expansion zone with around 24 hectares, situated in the centre of the city Ponte de Sor, in Alentejo. The plan will reshape an area which is essencially habitational. Is it predicted the creation of a Green Park, Collective Facilities and around 560 new residential buildings. The Street Mouzinho de Albuquerque is composed by a group of architectural buildings with patrimonial value, predicting the rehabilitation of these values, which are of great importance int he centre of the City.
