Background:
Started in 1990. Concluded in July 1992.

This Plan is integrated in an extensive area filled with old clandestine neighbourhoods of the City of Castelo Branco, with the prospect of requalifying and integrating it to the City, defining areas reserved for collective facilities and green areas, in an attempt to repress the uncontrolled expansion of the current neighbourhood.

These are some of the proposals of this Plan:

-Build new accomodations in order to avoid segregation of individual houses;
- Creation of a sports area, which includes a stadium and other facilities with sport equipment.
