Started in October 2000. Currently ongoing.

Resulting from a fragmentation due to illegal occupation, the area of this Plan consists of two industrial zones that are connected t a wider residential zone.

With a more even distribution for the occupation of the land, it is necessary to redefine the road networks and drainage basin, protecting the spaces designated for public use.
