Started in 1998.

This touristic development project is planned for two independent parcels of land with a total area of 360 hectares, located in the Municipal of Vila do Bispo, 2 kilometres from the Municipal's capital and 17 kilometres from the Cit of Lagos. It is integrated in an area classified as a Potential Touristic Area in the Municipal Master Plan (PDM).

It includes a golf course of 27 holes, authorship of Nick Faldo e Steve Smyers. The rest of the development project is composed of:

- Hotel with 150 bedrooms;
- Clubhouse;
- Touristic Housing;
- Commercial Area;
- Recreational and leisure equipments.
