DETAILED PLAN OF PARQUE ALQUEVA, REGUENGOS DE MONSARAZ

Background:
Started in 2004. Published in Diário da República on 26 of November 2007.

The project, with a total area of 2.067 hectares, is located in the Municipal of Reguengos de Monsaraz, covering three distinct centres:

- Herdade das Areias e Cebolinhos, with 859 hectares;
- Herdade do Pastoro, with 475 hectares;
- Herdade do Roncão del Rey, with 733 hectares.

The centres of Pastoro and Roncão del Rey have direct access to the water plan of the Water Reservoir of Alqueva. The project offers good accessibility from A2 to A6, passing through Beja and Évora.

This Project represents one of the biggest investments predicted in Alentejo over the following years.

The participation of PLURAL includes two complementary components:

- Technical advisory body;
- Elaboration of a Detailed Plan.
