Municipal Council of Vila de Rei

Background:
Start:1990. Finished in March 1992.

Area of intervention:
290 hectares, where two distinct agglomerations can be found, the cluster of Vila de Rei and of Vale de Grou, which have semi-rural characteristics.

Main ideas of the Plan:

- Delimitation of an urban historical centre;
- Creation of expansion zones;
- Implementation of a central area for public facilities and leisure equipment;
- Delimitation of an Industrial Zone.
