Background:
Started in October 1999. Completed.

The area of intervention, with around 380 hectares and located in the proximity of Ria Formosa, is adjacent the Airport of Faro and the University of Algarve.

The Plan aims to reach the following objectives:

• Develop and improve the accessibility of road infrastructural networks on a regional and local scale;
• Qualification of the urban space with specific spaces for new equipment and green spaces.
